Your new role:

As Store Manager, you'll open and run their newest Central Coast location—a busy store with 10 team members and an established customer following. Your role is to shape the store culture, keep operations running smoothly, and deliver strong sales results. You'll be on the floor with your team, coaching, problem-solving, and creating the kind of environment where both customers and staff want to be.

The Role:

  • Oversee all daily operations in a busy, high-turnover environment with diverse product lines
  • Build a supportive workplace culture where your team feels valued and engaged
  • Boost sales performance through hands-on coaching, leadership and exceptional customer experiences
  • Control inventory, merchandising displays and overall store standards
  • Maintain compliance with all safety protocols and operational requirements
  • Grow your team's capabilities through ongoing feedback, development and accountability

What You'll Need:

  • Proven track record running a large-scale or high-traffic retail location
  • Experience managing teams of 15-20+ in dynamic, fast-moving environments
  • Solid grasp of retail operations—think rostering, inventory management, financials and regulations
  • Ability to interpret sales data and KPIs to make informed decisions
  • Genuine enthusiasm for delivering great service and investing in people
